Collana Excelsior

A short-lived but ambitious Italian comics series, Collana Excelsior ran for just 11 issues from 1966 to 1967 under the Editrice Castelli banner. It is best remembered for its eclectic mix of genres, from adventure to science fiction, and for featuring the work of standout Italian artists and writers of the era, including the distinctive stylings of Magnus and Giovanni Scolari.
