Collection Les Grandes Aventures

Editions Mondiales launched Collection Les Grandes Aventures in 1946, a series of twelve oversized comic albums that gathered classic adventure and fantasy serials from the publisher's popular weekly magazines. Each volume collected complete stories originally serialized in titles like Hurrah! and L'Aventureux, featuring iconic French artists and writers of the mid-20th century. While short-lived, the series preserved some of the most influential pre-war and post-war bande dessinée adventures for a new generation of readers.
