Belgian absurdist humor meets Western tropes in Cowboy Henk, a series from the avant-garde publisher Frémok that launched in 2013. Across five issues, it follows the bewildering misadventures of a hapless cowboy in a surreal, deadpan world. Created by Kamagurka and Herr Seele, the strip is celebrated for its gleefully nonsensical gags and minimalist, expressive art, carving out a cult niche in European alternative comics.
