K. G. Murray · 1974–1978 · 29 issues
About the series
From 1974 to 1978, K. G. Murray published 29 issues of Creepy, an Australian reprint series that gathered classic horror and suspense tales from the original Warren magazine. The series is most closely associated with writer Archie Goodwin, who contributed frequently, while artists Jorge Moliterni, Luis Bermejo, and Félix Mas provided much of the memorable, moody artwork. By repackaging these eerie, pre-Code-style stories for a new audience, Creepy helped keep the spirit of 1960s horror comics alive into the mid-1970s.
