Curb Stomp

Curb Stomp is a four-issue miniseries from Boom! Studios, launched in 2016, that reimagines the classic street-gang story through a female-led lens. Written by Ryan Ferrier and illustrated by Devaki Neogi, the series follows a group of tough young women known as the "Lovelies" as they defend their neighborhood from rival gangs in a gritty, neon-lit urban landscape. Though brief, the series stands out for its bold, punk-infused aesthetic and its focus on female camaraderie and survival, offering a fresh take on the genre.
