In 2013, Artline Studios launched a Bulgarian-language comic adaptation of the iconic manga Death Note, spanning six issues through 2017. Translating the original work by writer Takeshi Obata and artist Takeshi Obata, with additional scripting by Mirela Popova and Slavi Georgiev, this series brought the cat-and-mouse thriller of a death-bringing notebook to a new readership. It stands as a notable localized edition, preserving the chilling tension of the source material while introducing Bulgarian audiences to one of manga's most influential psychological dramas.
