Death's Head

In the late 1980s, Marvel UK unleashed the adventures of Death’s Head, a sardonic, freelance peacekeeping robot from the far future. Spanning just ten issues between 1988 and 1989, this series featured the distinctive writing of Simon Furman and Steve Parkhouse, with early artwork from Bryan Hitch, Art Wetherell, and Liam Sharp. A cult favorite that bridged the gap between the Transformers and Doctor Who universes, it established a unique, blackly comic anti-hero who would later cross over into the main Marvel Universe.
