Dennis

A Norwegian comic series starring Dennis Mitchell, the rambunctious young boy known to American readers as Dennis the Menace, ran for 138 issues from 1959 to 1964. Published by Kåre Lundgren, the series featured translated stories primarily written by Fred Toole and Frank Johnson, with art largely by Al Wiseman and Owen Fitzgerald. Alongside Dennis and his parents, Alice and Henry, the series introduced original Norwegian characters Georg and Martha Nilsen, adding a local flavor to the classic suburban havoc.
