In Dude Gold (1999–2005), Dude Comics published a 24-issue series that followed a treasure-hunting protagonist through a sun-bleached, modern-day landscape of buried secrets and moral compromises. Artist Victor Santos anchored the book’s gritty, kinetic visual style across its entire run, lending a consistent, pulpy energy to the search for fortune and identity.
