About the series
DV8 Preview (1997–present, Image) is a single-issue sampler for the team-based spinoff from the WildStorm universe. Written by Brian Augustyn and illustrated by Humberto Ramos, it introduces a group of superpowered young antiheroes operating outside the control of the more established heroes of their world. This preview sets the tone for the darker, more rebellious side of the Image/WildStorm line, offering a glimpse into the morally ambiguous adventures that would define the series.
