Ernie [Ernie tverrbok]

From 1989 to 1995, Norwegian publisher Bladkompaniet / Schibsted released six issues of Ernie, a comic series built around the gentle, deadpan humor of Bud Grace's original character. While Grace himself wrote and drew the strip, Trygve Dyrøy contributed to the writing, helping to adapt the series for its Norwegian audience. A short-lived but fondly remembered title, it stands as a niche entry in European newspaper-strip collections.
