About the series
Riad Sattouf, the acclaimed creator of The Arab of the Future, turns his observational eye to the diary of a young girl in Esthers Tagebücher, a series published by Reprodukt since 2017. Co-written with Ulrich Pröfrock and drawn by Sattouf, the strip follows Esther, a French schoolgirl, as she recounts her everyday life, friendships, and family with a sharp, humorous, and unfiltered voice.
