Roy Crane and Edwin Granberry brought the high-seas adventures of Captain Easy and his crew to this short-lived Australian comic series from Yaffa/Page. Running for eight issues in the mid-1960s, Fabulous 4 collected classic newspaper strip reprints alongside new material, with Crane’s dynamic artwork and Granberry’s spirited scripts leading the charge. A lively, if brief, entry in the Australian comics scene, it offered readers a dose of swashbuckling fun from one of the medium’s most beloved adventure cartoonists.
