About the series
From 1965 to the present, Fantastic Exploits has been a showcase for the S.F.C.A.'s blend of science fiction and adventure, running for nine issues. The series is most closely associated with the talents of John Adkins Richardson, Jim Starlin, and Al Feldstein as writers, while Al Williamson, Richardson, and Starlin provided the bulk of the artwork. Though brief, the title is a notable snapshot of mid-century genre comics, featuring a mix of established and rising creators who would go on to shape the industry.
