Fire and Fury

In the debut issue of Fire and Fury (1996), Andromeda Comics launched a series that would define its early action-horror line. Written and drawn by the company's co-founder, the story follows a lone warrior in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, where a mysterious fire grants its bearer immense power at a terrible cost. Though only a single issue was published, its striking visuals and grim premise made it a cult touchstone of the 1990s indie comic boom.
