Flypaper Comics

A brief but distinctive 1984-1985 series from Deep South Publications, Flypaper Comics ran for only four issues. It is remembered for its raw, offbeat sensibility and for featuring early work by a generation of alternative cartoonists who would go on to define the 1990s small-press scene. The series captured a particular moment in the underground comix tradition, blending surreal humor with a gritty, DIY aesthetic.
