Fontainebleau

From 2008, French publisher Soleil launched Fontainebleau, a series set within the opulent and treacherous court of the French Renaissance palace. The story, steeped in political intrigue and supernatural elements, is most closely associated with its creator, writer and artist Christophe Bec. Though only a single issue has been published, it offers a distinctive, atmospheric blend of historical fiction and dark fantasy.
