About the series
In 2022 and 2023, DC’s Future State: Gotham presented a gritty, three-issue glimpse into a possible tomorrow for the city, with a rotating creative team that included writers Dennis Culver, Joshua Williamson, and Mariko Tamaki, and artists Geoffo, Giannis Milonogiannis, and Nikola Čižmešija. This series built on the larger Future State event, exploring a Gotham reshaped by new threats and a changing status quo, without the familiar faces of its most iconic heroes.
