In the sun-scorched, crime-ridden streets of Ergastulum, Gangsta. follows the lives of two "Handymen"—Nic and Worick—who take on dangerous jobs from the police and mafia alike, walking a fine line between justice and survival. This gritty German-published series, running since 2015, is defined by its stylish, action-packed artwork and a morally complex world where enhanced humans known as "Twilights" are both weapon and victim. With only eight issues released so far, it has earned a dedicated following for its mature storytelling and sharp, noir-infused atmosphere.
