Set in the same gritty underworld as the original Gangsta series, this five-issue spin-off from Viz Media (2016–2019) shifts focus to a separate corner of the city, exploring the harsh realities of life for those entangled in the twilight trade. Illustrated by Syuhei Kamo, the story offers a more contained, character-driven look at the mercenary world of Handymen and the cursed individuals who rely on them. While it stands apart from the main narrative, it deepens the lore of that universe without requiring prior knowledge of the original.
