Gargoyles

Based on the hit 1990s animated series, this 2006–2008 comic from Slave Labor Graphics reunited the original show's creator, Greg Weisman, to continue the saga of the Manhattan Clan. With art by David Hedgecock and Gordon Purcell, the series followed Goliath and his fellow gargoyles as they navigated a modern world still full of ancient enemies and new threats. It gave fans a long-awaited, direct continuation of the show's mythology, expanding the lore of the stone warriors by night.
