Garulfo

From 1995 to 2002, Delcourt published Garulfo, a six-issue fantasy series by writer Alain Ayroles and artist Bruno Maïorana. The story offers a sly, fairy-tale twist by centering on a frog who, after being granted human form, sets out to understand the world from a new perspective. Ayroles and Maïorana’s collaboration brings a richly detailed, whimsical European comic sensibility to a fable about identity and perception.
