Grendel

In 2016, Planeta DeAgostini launched a single-issue comic simply titled Grendel, a standalone entry in the long-running saga. This Spanish-published installment offers a fresh, self-contained story within the mythos of the masked antihero, written and drawn by the series' original creator, Matt Wagner. While brief, it serves as a focused, modern capstone to Wagner's decades-spanning exploration of violence, identity, and legacy.
