Hősök tere

In 2023, Képes Krónikák launched Hősök tere, a Hungarian comic series that reimagines classic heroic archetypes through a distinctly local lens. The debut issue, the only one published so far, introduces a world where mythic figures from Hungarian folklore and history converge in a contemporary setting, blending national identity with superhero storytelling. Created by a team of Hungarian writers and artists, the series marks an ambitious effort to establish a homegrown superhero universe.
