Hack/Slash

A new ongoing series from Cross Cult, Hack/Slash (2025–present) continues the bloody adventures of Cassie Hack and her monstrous partner, Vlad, as they hunt down slasher villains. With only one issue released so far, this relaunch is too new to assess its full scope, but it promises more of the horror-comedy blend that defined the franchise. The series is associated with creator Tim Seeley, who returns to the world he originated. It matters as a fresh start for a cult-favorite indie horror property, bringing its signature blend of gore and dark humor to a new era.
