Hino Horror

A compact horror anthology from the German publisher Schreiber & Leser, Hino Horror collects short stories by the legendary Japanese manga-ka Hideshi Hino. Running for four issues beginning in 2007, the series brings Hino's signature grotesque and psychologically unsettling body horror to a European audience. It's a key English-language showcase of Hino's influential, often nightmarish vision, making his work accessible to readers outside Japan.
