Hitserien

Hitserien (1973–1976) was a Danish anthology comic series from Interpresse that packaged classic American newspaper strips for a new audience. Across its nine issues, writers Uno Krüger and Per Sanderhage curated material from legendary artists including Chester Gould, Elzie Segar, and a very early Frank Miller. The series offered readers a mix of hard-boiled crime and whimsical adventure, serving as a vital entry point for Danish audiences to some of the most influential work in the medium.
