From 2009 to 2012, Boom! Studios published Incorruptible, a 30-issue series by writer Mark Waid that flips the superhero script by following a former supervillain’s desperate, violent quest to become a hero after a world-changing catastrophe. With art by Jeffrey Spokes, Horacio Domingues, and Jean Diaz, the series explores moral complexity and redemption in a fractured world, serving as a compelling companion to Waid’s Irredeemable while standing on its own as a gritty character study.
