About the series
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Belgian publisher Lefrancq released Jehan Pistolet, a short-lived two-issue comic series. A swashbuckling historical adventure, it was crafted by the celebrated Franco-Belgian team of writer Raoul Cauvin and artist Salvérius (best known for their long-running Les Tuniques Bleues). Though brief, the series is a minor gem for fans of Cauvin and Salvérius, showcasing their signature blend of lively art and spirited storytelling outside their more famous Western.
