From 1982 to 1988, the Argentine publisher EPC released L'Eternauta, a 60-issue comic series that expanded the universe of Héctor Germán Oesterheld's classic sci-fi epic. The series was shaped by a rotating team of celebrated Argentine talents, including writers Roberto Fontanarrosa, Carlos Trillo, and the artist Coco, with Domingo Mandrafina also contributing key artwork. This run kept the spirit of the original alive while introducing new stories and perspectives, making it a significant chapter in Argentine comics history.
