Lajban

In the late 1970s, the Swedish publisher Semic introduced Lajban, a short-lived but lively comic series that ran for 14 issues from 1976 to 1978. Blending humor and adventure, it featured original stories centered on its mischievous title character, a young boy whose antics drove much of the slapstick and mischief. While the series didn't achieve lasting fame, it stands as a colorful snapshot of European children's comics from the era, showcasing Semic's willingness to experiment with original properties alongside its better-known licensed fare.
