About the series
A five-issue series from Sherpa, Luc Oriënt Alle avonturen collects the complete adventures of the titular Belgian explorer, originally serialized in the 1950s. Written primarily by Greg and Yves Duval, with art by the prolific Eddy Paape, these stories offer a classic, globe-trotting dose of mid-century European adventure comics. The series preserves a charmingly old-fashioned hero and the detailed, ligne claire-style artwork that defined an era of Franco-Belgian bande dessinée.
