Lynvingen

From 1977 to 1981, Semic published 54 issues of Lynvingen, a Danish-language comic series that repackaged American superhero adventures for a Scandinavian audience. The series is most strongly associated with the work of writers Len Wein, Bob Haney, and David V. Reed, paired with the distinctive art of Marshall Rogers, Jim Aparo, and Ernie Chua. It served as a vital import bridge, bringing key DC storylines—particularly Batman and related titles—to readers in Denmark during a fertile period for the publisher.
