Make Me a Woman

From 2010 onward, Drawn & Quarterly published Make Me a Woman, a single-issue comic by writer-artist Vanessa Davis. This autobiographical work explores themes of identity, Jewish heritage, and womanhood through Davis's warm, observational storytelling and distinctive, loose illustration style. As a standalone release, it stands as a poignant snapshot of a creator examining her own life with humor and honesty.
