Max Burger, P.I.

In the late 1980s, Graphic Image published Max Burger, P.I., a short-lived two-issue comic series illustrated by William Byrne. The series follows the hard-boiled exploits of its titular private investigator. Though brief, it stands as a modest example of the independent crime comics of the era.
