Published by Verlag Junge Welt, Mosaik was a short-lived East German comic series that ran for just four issues between 1965 and 1966. While the title is most famously associated with the long-running adventures of the Digedags and Abrafaxe, this earlier incarnation offered a distinct, standalone take on the comic format.
