From 1946 to 1947, Fiction House published Movie Comics, a four-issue series that adapted popular films into comic form, offering a quick, visually driven way to relive Hollywood stories on the page. The series drew on its publisher’s pulp and adventure heritage, with John Graham providing most of the writing, while a trio of artists—Matt Baker, Al Walker, and John Celardo—brought the cinematic narratives to life with dynamic, period-appropriate art.
