Noortje

Patty Klein and Jan Steeman brought the adventures of teenaged Noortje Visser to life in this Dutch comic series, published by Geïllustreerde Pers from 1994 to 1997. Across nine issues, the strip offered a charming, lighthearted look at the everyday life and small dramas of its relatable young protagonist. Klein’s warm writing and Steeman’s clean, expressive art made Noortje a fondly remembered slice-of-life title for its era.
