Frederic Cooper and Mark Bentley co-wrote this short-lived 1993 series from Artifacts Inc., with Cooper also handling the art. Spanning just two issues, Pac (Preter-Human Assault Corps) introduces a military unit tasked with containing superhuman threats, offering a compact, early-'90s take on the black-ops-meets-superpower genre.
