About the series

In the early 2000s, writer-artist Jeremy Haun and co-writer Matthew Cashel brought Paradigm to Image Comics, a 12-issue series that reimagined the superhero genre through a dark, psychological lens. The story centers on a group of young people who develop extraordinary abilities, only to find themselves trapped in a secretive, government-run facility where their powers are studied and controlled. Haun’s moody, expressive artwork and the series’ tense, character-driven narrative made it a standout cult favorite, exploring themes of identity and rebellion against a system that fears what it cannot understand.
