Parodiereeks

In the early 1990s, Dutch publisher Arboris launched Parodiereeks, a 16-issue comic series that ran from 1990 to 1996. Most frequently drawn by artist Jaap de Boer, the series offered a playful, satirical take on popular culture and comic tropes of the era. A lighthearted staple of the Dutch comics scene, it stands as a fondly remembered showcase of de Boer's cartooning and Arboris's willingness to poke fun at the medium.
