Pelusín
Euredit · 1971–1975 · 50 issues
About the series
In the early 1970s, Spanish publisher Euredit launched Pelusín, a 50-issue comic series that followed the lighthearted, slice-of-life adventures of its young, round-cheeked title character. Created by the prolific team of writer José Antonio Vidal Sales and artist Juan Escandell, the strip offered warm, family-friendly humor typical of the era's European children's comics. The series stands as a charming example of Spain's vibrant but often overlooked comic scene before the country's transition to democracy.
