Phantom Spezial

Since 2025, Zauberstern has revived the pulp hero with Phantom Spezial, a German-language series that collects new adventures of the Ghost Who Walks. Written by Tony DePaul and illustrated by Graham Nolan, this nine-issue run continues the legacy of Lee Falk’s iconic jungle vigilante with modern storytelling and classic adventure spirit. It’s a dedicated showcase for one of comics’ enduring masked heroes, produced by two of his most frequent modern collaborators.
