About the series
In the mid-2010s, Strip2000 published this two-issue comic series by Belgian creator Charel Cambré, who both wrote and drew the story. Pinanti United follows a youth football team, blending sports action with Cambré's characteristically warm, expressive cartooning. Though brief, the series showcases Cambré's skill at crafting engaging, character-driven stories outside his more famous work.
