Pipp og Papp

A single-issue Norwegian comic published in 1989 by the Miljøverndepartementet (Ministry of the Environment), Pipp og Papp was a one-shot environmental awareness story written by Per Hollstedt and illustrated by Frode Øverli. Though brief, it stands as an early example of Øverli's clean, expressive cartooning style, years before he would become one of Norway's most beloved comic artists.
