About the series
A Norwegian-language edition of the classic epic, Prins Valiant was published by Thule Forlag for 73 issues spanning 1992 to 2013. The series reprints the legendary newspaper strip created by Harold R. Foster (credited as Hal Foster), whose lush, detailed artwork and medieval adventure storytelling defined the strip for generations. As a long-running collected edition, it made Foster's timeless saga of chivalry and exploration available to a Scandinavian audience, preserving one of comics' most beautifully drawn historical epics.
