Pusur
Semic · 1995–1997 · 17 issues
About the series
In the mid-1990s, Swedish publisher Semic brought the timeless comic antics of Pusur (the Swedish name for Garfield) to newsstands across Scandinavia with a dedicated series running 17 issues. This title collected the lazy, lasagna-loving cat's classic adventures, originally created by Jim Davis, for a new generation of readers. While the series itself didn't introduce new stories, it served as a key entry point for Swedish fans to enjoy the beloved, sarcastic orange tabby's daily strip humor in a monthly comic format. Its concise run remains a fondly remembered piece of 1990s European licensing.
