Rahan

A long-running French comic series from Hjemmet/Egmont, Rahan follows a prehistoric hero on a solitary quest for knowledge and community. Created by writer Roger Lécureux and artist André Chéret, the series debuted in 1974 and is best known for its iconic, feral protagonist and his adventures through a vividly imagined ancient world. Though its initial run spanned only four issues, its influence on European adventure comics has been lasting.
