Ramar of the Jungle

Ramar of the Jungle, published by L. Miller & Son from 1959, ran for four issues as a comic adaptation of the television series. Writer Joe Gill and artists Bill Molno and Charles Nicholas brought the jungle doctor’s African adventures to the page. Though brief, the series is a snapshot of the late-1950s media tie-in boom.
