Rex Danny

Jean-Michel Charlier and Victor Hubinon, the celebrated team behind Buck Danny, launched this short-lived spin-off series for German publisher Bastei Verlag. Running for 30 issues from 1977 to 1978, Rex Danny shifted the focus to the title character's canine companion, Rex, for lighthearted aviation adventures. While it never reached the heights of its parent series, it's a charming, little-known footnote from two masters of European adventure comics.
